WHAT IF I NEED TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
We offer a 14-day returns policy on all of our products. If, for any reason, your product does not suit your requirements, please contact us at Sales@NossoApparel.com.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery within the US will arrive within 5-7 business days. International orders from outside the US will arrive within 10-15 days. Alternatively, we offer an express service that will arrive in the US the next working day if ordered before 12 pm.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT – CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we can do so. If there is still time for our team to cancel your order, you can return it to us once you’ve received it.
The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it is returned to our warehouse, we can ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost within the US and International depends on size of order and distance. US shipping is free for orders over $75.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide. Again, as above, the customer is liable for customs duties and local taxes; please contact us for more information.
STOCK
All of our stock orders are dispatched by “Fed Ex, UPS or USPS”. We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.
The delivery charges will vary depending on your delivery address.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Close any zippers and turn the clothes inside before putting them in the washing machine. The grime on your workout clothes is mainly on the inside, not the outside. It keeps the colors brighter and helps avoid snags during the cycle.
Wash at 30 degrees Celsius on a gentle / medium-intensity washing machine programe.
Do not use fabric softener.
DO NOT IRON.
Air dry, if possible. Using a dryer, use the lowest heat setting possible to avoid damaging the fabric. Before putting clothing into the dryer, do a sniff test, and rewash if the odor is still in the fabric. Machine drying tends to bake the odor into the fibres.

We manufacture in the US.
